METAL HELL: What’s your favorite era in music?

WRATH: there is no favorite era for me! All of them had something good to offer, in a small or in a big degree! How I feel about the music scene of 2007? I can only answer you about my band and my music! In terms of creativity, Wrath will continue vomiting his antihuman feelings with no guilt and with no return from the journey he has started!

MH: Are vocals the last thing you record? How do you get into the proper head-space for recording your vocals?

WRATH: Vocals are the most painful and important thing to record! I am possessed by my own demons, my own sorrowful past! It’s the time that I face my own demons! Each song has a cursed and sick atmosphere that results from my psychological instability and alcohol. To answer your question, yes, vocals are the last thing to record!

MH: What recording techniques do you prefer to attain a raw & ugly sound?

WRATH: The production side is another task of mine! I am the only one that knows how my music should sound. So I am 100% involved to the production side of my music! The recording techniques are something that I define and change in each album of mine! I prefer to attain techniques that suits better to my music.

MH: Was it intentional to write shorter songs this time?

WRATH: I just wrote and recorded the appropriate songs that would support 100% the second part of my Dodsferd trilogy! It’s about pure hate and despair! That was how they should be! The third part of my trilogy will be different! Dodsferd will continue its’ journey!

MH: Do you find it beneficial to remain isolated from outside influences while recording?

WRATH: This is the only right way for me! Away from all, I am able to face my own ugly thoughts and turn them into music!

MH: Some refuse to listen to kult black metal because they can't understand the necro sound & primitive productions, do you feel that your music should only be listened to by those who understand it?

WRATH: I have never thought about it! There is no hope for nothing!I don't feel anything at all!  It’s up to them what they are going to do, listen to music and understand it, or not!

MH: When was it decided to make Dodsferd a 1-man project?

WRATH: From the birth of this cursed band, I chose to be alone! No trust to any stupid fucker!

MH: What are your favorite  TV shows?

WRATH: TV shows? Fuck them! I only use samples from movies that can be able to create a strong feeling to me!

MH: What would be the ideal situation for Dodsferd to play live shows?

WRATH: In the past, 2004, 2005, Dodsferd appeared live on stage with different session musicians each time! Only when time is right, Dodsferd will appear live on stage! I have to find trustworthy and dedicated session musicians to support &  propagate with me the philosophy of Dodsferd!  Time will show for everything!

MH: What provided the inspiration for the lyrics on Cursing Your Will To Live?

WRATH: Human incompetence, stupidity, my antihuman feelings for these living germs! If they follow Dodsferd since the beginning of the band, they will be able to understand the lyrics and philosophy of my music! There will be no useless interpretation!
